3. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, based on the timing of your cancellation.
- Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative option.
5. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply for changes.
6. Travel Insurance
We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
7. Responsibilities of Travelers
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas. It is also the traveler’s responsibility to adhere to the laws and regulations of the destinations visited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Affordable vacation is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from any services provided, except where such liability is imposed by law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Punjab.
11. Amendments
Affordable Vacation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
